Returns Policy

I want to cancel my order, can i do this?

Yes, but you only have 10hours after purchasing date as orders will be in motion and we can not disturb the process after this time. 

I've changed my mind, can i return my item? 

  • Yes! We are happy to accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order (excluding earrings and nose jewellery) Items must be in their original packaging and condition. Any items returned that do not meet these standards will be returned to the customer. 

  • We do offer exchanges if you have ordered the wrong size, simply email us with all the details and we will send you out your preferred size as soon as we receive the original item. We also offer store credit depending on your situation.

How do I return my order?

  • Send an email to lunaaccessorycompany@gmail.co.uk  Please include your order number in your email and name. we will get back to you with return details. (Note you will have to pay for your own returns label.

How long do I have to return my order?

  • 14 days from receiving your order.

My order has arrived broken. Will you fix the damaged items?

  • Of course! Just send us over some photo's of the damage and we'll get back to you ASAP.

  • We may ask you to return the damaged items before we offer a replacement or issue a refund.

 I ordered my item during a sale can I still return it?

  • No. All sale items are final.
