Shipping Policy

UK Shipping is £3.60 and all tracked for your peace of mind. Every customers receives a shipping email containing a tracking number (it may be in your junk mail).

International Shipping is £9.45

Please allow 3/5 days to receive your item(2/3 weeks for international).

The Royal Mail tracked service is delivered on the first attempt , either to your door , a safe place or a neighbour. We will consider the item delivered when this has been done and your tracking has been updated to state delivered.

Please note that we are not liable for any incorrect information that you have entered at checkout. The items will be shipped to the address you enter.

If you claim you have not received your order when it has been reported as delivered by Royal Mail or has been damaged we will make an investigation with Royal Mail. this can take up to 14 days. If Royal Mail confirm delivery of your order by providing supporting evidence such as GPS coordinations or verbal confirmation then we may not resend the item.
