What to avoid:

At Luna Accessory, we aspire to deliver highest quality possible, however all jewellery can be preserved longer with a little care. Please avoid getting bleach, sanitiser, greasy creams etc on jewellery that can be highly acidic and eat away at the plating. The jewellery will not turn your skin "Green" if you follow those rules, but the more it is exposed to chemicals the quicker the colour will fade away. By following jewellery care you should see no signs of wear for up to 2 years.

If jewellery gets wet, simply pat it dry with a towel to prevent rings slipping off or earrings becoming loose.

How to clean it:
We recommend that you use a soft lint free cloth to carefully wipe your items, which will keep your jewellery shining longer.
Handle with love and care:
Some pieces can be quite delicate and dainty, so we recommend that you handle them with love when fastening and removing them. It is also ideal to store your jewellery in a cool, dry place where the metal cannot react.
 

Warranty Policy:

- If an item is received broken or wrong you must email in within 14 days of receiving it. You are entitled to a free replacement if this is the case.

We are not liable for items broken due to not following jewellery care.

Our Promise

Most of our jewellery is gold plated and stainless steel, meaning it will take a while for the piece the discolour but will never discolour right after buy, if you follow the few simply steps above and handle your Luna jewellery with love and care, your item(s) will last a good few year.
